Delivery
Please allow up to 14-21 days for delivery as some of our products do come from over seas. Most Items are delivered sooner. If an item isn’t in stock we will put it on back order for you and will deliver to as soon as possible we will notify you if there is a delay in delivery.
Returns for lingerie
If you aren't happy with a garment you can return it for a full credit. Within 7 days it must have all original tags on the garments and original packaging.
If garment is damaged on arrival we will exchange it for you. It must have all original tags and packaging when being returned.
Please note, when purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to health regulations. So please choose carefully.
Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that is a set for health regulations. Please leave all tags on garments if you return them and please send back in their original packaging and tags still on the garment. Any garment that has been washed, worn or soiled cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health regulations. Please contact us if you do have any problems at sales@imperialdesire.com
Returns for Adult toys
Due to the nature of these products Please make sure when choosing your Adult Toy that you choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange on these products due to health regulations. If they are faulty on purchase then yes we will certainly exchange them for you. All tags cords, warranty notes ECT and original packing must be sent back with the item.
